Avocado Almond Spinach Salad

A crunchy refreshing combination of sweet and savory flavors of spinach, avocado, toasted almonds, and cranberries topped with a Shirlie Jayne's light Balsamic Tangerine Dressing.


  • 4 Cups fresh baby spinach
  • 2 avocados, sliced
  • 1 cup sliced almonds, toasted
  • 1 cup dried cranberries or cherries
  • Shirlie Jayne's Balsamic Tangerine Dressing


How to Prepare

  1. Place spinach in a bowl and toss with Shirlie Jayne's Balsamic Tangerine Dressing to taste.
  2. Distribute between 4 salad plates.
  3. Artfully arrange the avocados, dried fruit, and sliced almonds on top
  4. Serve with a small bowl of extra dressing if desired
