Balsamic Tangerine Chicken


  • 1 ½ pounds of boneless skinless chicken breast or thighs
  • 1/2 c separated Shirlie Jayne’s Balsamic Tangerine salad dressing and marinade
  • 2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
  • 2 tsp. Shirlie Jayne’s Savory Everyday Seasoning

How to Prepare

  1. Season chicken with Shirlie Jayne’s Savory Seasoning.
  2. Place chicken in a zip lock and marinate it with Shirlie Jayne’s Balsamic Tangerine salad dressing.
  3. Cover and refrigerate for 1 – 4 hours.
  4. Heat oil then sauté chicken on both sides until done.
  5. Once chicken is done, add an additional ¼ cup Shirlie Jayne’s Balsamic Tangerine to the pan and heat until bubbling and thick about 2 minutes.
