Blue Cheese Wedge Salad


  • 1 iceberg lettuce, cut in wedges
  • 8 pieces of bacon, cooked and diced in large pieces
  • 1 ½ large tomato diced
  • 1 cup blue cheese, crumbled (can with substitute Gorgonzola)
  • Shirlie Jayne’s Blue Cheese salad dressing
  • 2 tsp. Shirlie Jayne’s Savory Everyday Seasoning
  • Walnut or Pecan halves (optional)

How to Prepare

  1. Assemble on plate starting with lettuce wedge
  2. Top with cooked bacon pieces, diced tomatoes, and blue cheese crumbles.
  3. Coat to of wedge with Shirlie Jayne’s Blue Cheese salad dressing.
  4. Sprinkle Shirlie Jayne’s Savory Everyday Seasoning.
  5. Can add toasted walnut or pecan halves.
