Cranberry Poppy Seed Salad


  • 3 cups wild salad greens
  • 1 large red apple (or your choice of any apple) thinly sliced
  • 1 cup walnuts (can be toasted if you prefer).
  • ½ cup pomegranate seeds
  • ½ cup crumbled gorgonzola cheese
  • Shirlie Jayne’s Cranberry Poppy Seed salad dressing
  • 2 tsp. Shirlie Jayne’s Savory Everyday Seasoning

How to Prepare

  1. In a large bowl, put in wild greens.
  2. Arrange apple, walnuts, pomegranate seeds, and gorgonzola cheese over greens.
  3. Dress with Shirlie Jayne’s Cranberry Poppyseed salad dressing.
  4. Sprinkle with Shirlie Jayne’s Savory Everyday Seasoning
