Kale Salad


  • 1 cup kale, thinly sliced
  • 1 cup romaine, chopped
  • 1 cup sliced cherry tomatoes
  • ½ cup canned drained garbanzo beans
  • ½ cup pitted Kalamata sliced
  • ½ cup Persian cucumber, small diced
  • ¼ cup Italian parsley leaves
  • Shirlie Jayne’s Cranberry Poppy Seed salad dressing
  • 2 tsp. Shirlie Jayne’s Savory Everyday Seasoning

How to Prepare

  1. In a large bowl, add kale, romaine, tomatoes, garbanzo beans, Kalamata olives and cucumber.
  2. Toss with Shirlie Jayne’s Cranberry Poppy Seed salad dressing.
  3. Season with Shirlie Jayne’s Savory Everyday Seasoning.
  4. Garnish with Italian parsley.
