Lemony Greek Feta and Orzo Salad


  • 4 servings dried orzo
  • 1 cup cubed feta
  • 1 cup sliced Persian cucumber
  • 1 cup sliced cherry tomatoes
  • 1 cup olives
  • ¾ cup yellow peppers cut in large dice
  • ½ cup sliced red onion
  • Shirlie Jayne’s Lemony Greek salad dressing
  • 2 tsp. Shirlie Jayne’s Savory Everyday Seasoning

How to Prepare

  1. Prepare orzo according to package. Set aside and chill.
  2. Arrange on platter, orzo, feta, Persian cucumber, cherry tomatoes, olives, yellow peppers, and red onion.
  3. Generously drizzle with Shirlie Jayne’s Lemony Greek salad dressing.
  4. Sprinkle with Shirlie Jayne’s Savory Everyday Seasoning.
