Lemony Rice


  • 2 Cups Chicken Broth
  • 2 Tbs Lemony Greek Salad Dressing
  • 3 Tsp Butter
  • 1 Cup Long Grain Rice, uncooked
  • ½ Cup Spinach, chopped
  • 1/2 cup white onion
  • ¼ Tsp grated Lemon Zest
  • ½ Cup Feta Cheese, crumbled

How to Prepare

  1.  Combine broth, Lemony Greek Dressing, Lemon Zest, 2 Tsp butter and Rice in a Saucepan and cook according to rice instructions.
  2. Meanwhile, saute onion in 1 tsp of butter until tender about 3 minutes. 
  3. Add spinach to the onion mixture and saute until tender and wilted.
  4. Gently combine both mixtures together and place in serving bowl or plate.
  5. Sprinkle the top with Feta Cheese and serve with a side of Lemony Greek Dressing.
