Mixed Baby Greens, Walnuts, and Fruit Salad

If you love a fruit salad, this recipe is a treat! With a mix of walnuts, dried cherries, cranberries, mango or peach, and topped with blue cheese crumbles, your taste buds will smile! The finishing touch is the gentle hint of balsamic tangerine - how unique!


  • 6 - 8 cups of  Mixed Baby Greens
  • 1/2 cup walnuts
  • 1/2 cup dried cherries
  • 1/2 cup whole cranberries (optional) 
  • 1 cup sliced mango or peach in bite size chunks
  • 1 cup blue cheese, crumbled
  • Shirlie Jayne's Balsamic Tangerine Dressing

How to Prepare

  1. Place your greens on a patter or individual plates.
  2. Top with walnuts, cherries, cranberries, mango or peach chunks, and crumbled blue cheese.
  3. Pour your desired amount or dressing over the ingredients.
