Parmesan Ranch Cobb Salad


  • 2 cups rotisserie chicken breast, sliced
  • 4 cups butter lettuce, torn in bite-sized pieces
  • ¾ cups diced tomatoes
  • ¾ cups blue cheese, crumbled
  • 5-6 slices of cooked, thick bacon
  • ¾ avocado, cubed
  • I hard boiled egg, halved
  • 1/3 cup sliced red onion
  • Shirlie Jayne’s Parmesan Ranch salad dressing
  • 2 tsp. Shirlie Jayne’s Savory Everyday Seasoning

How to Prepare

  1. Platter lettuce to cover platter.
  2. Arrange with sliced chicken, bacon, avocado, blue cheese, egg, tomatoes and red onion.
  3. Top with Shirlie Jayne’s Parmesan Ranch salad dressing.
  4. Sprinkle with Shirlie Jayne’s Savory Everyday Seasoning.
